अमेरिका जब कार कंपनियों के लिए खजाने खोल रही है तो क्या सोने दाम बर्हेंगे

मुझे जितना इल्म है, जब अमेरिकां की कार कंपनियों को राहत दी जायेगी, तो सोने के दाम बढेंगे। आपका क्या विचार हैं ? हिंदुस्तान में येही होता आया है। तो जो "म्य्क्रो" पर है तो क्या वोह "मैक्रो " पर लागू नही होगा ? मेरा पूरा विश्वास है की वेस्टर्न सभ्यता हमारे पर हावी होना चाहती है। वोह तो उधार की जिंदिगी जी रहे हैं। और गरीबो के पैसे पर मौज करना चाहते हैं। विकासशील देशों की जनता की चैन और नींद से उनेहे उदाह है। वे नफे को जरूरत से ज्यादा तरजीह देते हैं । वोह केवल इतना ही जानते हैं की " मेरा नफ़ा, तेरा नुक्सान" यानि की "जीरो सम गेम"। क्या कुदरत का यही नियम है ? नही, अगर ऐसा होता, तो सूरज वास्तव में डूब गया होता, और दुनिया ख़तम हो गयी होती ।

भारत में बहुत से लोग यह भी नही जानते की दुनिया गोल है । जब वोह यह पढ़ते है की " १०० लाईट मील दूर कोई तारा डूब गया, तो क्या वोह इस बात को समझ पाँतें हैं ? क्या दुनिया के आम लोग इस बात को समझ पाँतें है ? क्या यह पुराने जमाने में जैसे "ओझाओ का काम होता था, वैसा नही है ?

कार बनाने वाली कंपनी के , कंपनी के हवाई जहाज से भीख मांगने जाते हैं ? भीख मना कर दी जाती है, तो कहते हैं की वोह १ डालर प्रतिवर्ष की तनख्वाह पर काम करेंगे। क्यों ? अगर उनको वास्तव में जन कल्याण का ख्याल था तो ऐसा क्यों ?
मुझे केवल इतना कहना है, की आम आदमी, अपनी जिन्दगी में केवल अपनी मजदूरी की कमाई खाने में ही विश्वास करता है, और पूरी दुनिया में यह राजनेता और बाबू , ऐसी परिस्थिति खडी करने की कोशिश करते हैं, की आपकी ही कमाई/ बचत पर मौज करते हैं ।

हम अक्सर कह्तेयें हैं की स्य्स्तेम खराब है । क्या हम सिस्टम के हिस्से नही हैं ?
'ग्लोबल वार्मिंग" की बात कही जाती है, तो हम हवाई जहाज/कार को क्यों बढावा डे रहे हैं ?

Reaching the moon, when about 25% of the population is hungary by the Govenments Standard

"Ghar mein nahi Daaney, Amma chali bhunaneein", an old saying. Is our government not trying to attain false glory, by aspiring to reach the moon ? When, according to their pleading before a court of law, they define poor "who earn less than Rs. 500/= odd, and even when by these standards the estimated number of poor in the country is at about 23 crores in a population of 110 crores ? ( nearly 25%), and even then is it fit and proper that the scarce resources of the country are being used for a false Glory. Could not the money spent thereon be used for developing our villages ? Could not the efforts of our scientists be used for developing farm related technology, development of ways and means to increase farm productivity ?

INDIAN GOVERNMENT & REGULATORS WAKE UP!!!

When I was a kid, following was prevalent, and at that time Mr. Nehru was the P.M. “lala jisney jitney jyada diwale nikaaley, wahi sabsey bada lala”, meaning that more bankruptcy filed by a person, more financially stronger that person he was. Later, after liberalization, I heard, that a person who had faced more income tax raids was more financially sound.

What’s your opinion on the above?

I also have a hunch that the world economy is controlled by FEW BIG, (whoever they are, wherever they are ?) and on this premise of mine, it is intriguing to me that AMERICA is coming out for bailout packages, and that too for large players. Bailout of banks and insurance companies is understandable, but not for automakers like G.M. or Ford, what could be the reasons ?

Further, in India also, I see certain contradictions, which are as follows :

1. That usually the inflation data was issued on Fridays, then it was preponed to Thursdays and at about 12 Noon, and at that time also, the stock market behaviour was abnormal? I do not remember exactly. But on this Thursday (i.e. 08.11.08), it was on media that the data would be released at 3.00 p.m., which made me suspicious that something was amiss and later media reports confirmed that the sagging stock market had turned its course due to buying by insurance companies, then came the inflation data at 3.00 p.m., and the market again began to fall and lo ! FIIS sold above 500 crores on that day.

Looking to the above following questions arise :
a. What were the reason for preponing the inflation data earlier ?
b. Why did the Insurance companies start buying after this news ?
c. Were the insurance companies were in the know of that which was unknown to the masses?
d. How come, that FIIS sold to the tune of 500 crors or more on that day ?
e. Is the Government or the BABUs in connivance with FIIs ?

2. That a bank has to be bankable, but is it so in case of ICICI bank, and as far as foreign banks are concerned, is RBI and the Government sleeping ? Following questions also arise, as my mail to RBI has been unheaded :
a. That ICICI bank, suddenly changed its rule for saving bank account and started deducting Rs. 750/= per quarter, if the minimum balance was less than Rs. 10,000/=, even if a person had opened an account when the minimum balance requirement was Rs. 5000/= . Is it ethical, legal and expected of honourable organizations?

b. That for a common man, bank is place to keep his savings, which are helpful to him in times of his need and also otherwise, helpful to the society for his savings are meant to be chanellised for more productive purposes of the society, is it not true ?

c. That, is ICICI bank not liable for fraud and punishable under the provisions of IPC, for their actions prima facie appear to be with intention to defraud, otherwise, they would have, if the depositor’s account , was not fruitful or suiting them, they should have returned his money, with a regret letter.

d. Today, I received a phone call from ICICI Bank, and the lady was trying to inform me of some scheme, I raised the above questions, asking her to communicate the same to top management, in between her response was that it was the rule for saving bank account, so is it a BANK or a CLUB ?
My response was bank should be bankable and should not turn into a CLUB. Am I correct ?

e. As we are in turbulent times, I urge all the serious borders, to take up this matter seriously, and those who can manage, even file a PIL in the Hon’ble S.C.

Causes of Present Economic Recession CRISES

Is Over Expansion of Credit and Excessive Speculation not the root cause of present Economic Crisis ?

A person should try and live within the available means and not the expected means. When we want to overstretch, we use the word growth, progress etc, which sound very lucid, but are the same that take you into great trouble, unless U are lucky enough.

Secondly, over speculation is the reason. When a person wants to become rich quickly, he is tempted to gamble, and the case of governments can be no exception as we have seen in India, where stock trading was made akin to casinos. The government and the regulators slept and the common man suffered.

Due to paucity of time, I am unable to elaborate. Looking forward to your valuable comments and opinions

FIIS and DIIs

Why is it that we Indians Get fooled so easily, more so by our leaders/beurocrats/and Foreigners? Any Amswers, I'll welcome them!!!!

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने वेट व प्रवेश कर में संशोधन किया है, जो की अनौचित्य हैं और व्यापार का पलायन होगा और आम जनता, जो की पहले से ही मुद्रा स्फीति से परेशान हैं और परेशान होगी? और क्या सरकार को आम आदमी का ख्याल नही करना चाहिए? क्या केवल स्मारक और पार्क बनाने से उसका भला होता है? क्या शाहजहाँ ने ताजमहल बनाकर उपने वंश को ख़तम करने की शुरुआत नही कर दी थी।? और क्या अम्रीका का वाही हाल नही हुआ ? उत्तर प्रदेश का व्यापारी पहले से ही बिजली से, सडको से , रोज बदलते हुयें कानूनों से जो बहुत तेजी से बदल रहे हैं , व उसकी अन्य भी बहुत परेशानियाँ हैं, जिससे वह पहले से ही परेशान है।

आज भी बाज़ार लगभग ८०० अंक गिरा । आगे क्या होगा, कहना सम्भव भी है और असंभव भी। हम १९३० के समान भयंकर समय में हैं। विश्व घनघोर मद्दी के दौर में है। जैसा की १९३० में हुआ था । मेरा पहले आंकलन ९००० के करीब था। लेकिन अब बाज़ार मुझे उससे भी खराब दिख रहा है। आप क्या सोचते है । आप के विचारों का मैं इंतज़ार करूँगा ।

हम कहाँ जा रहे हैं ?

हम विशवास करते हैं कि हम भारतीये नागरिकों को नुक्सान नही होने देंगे । दुनिया के चंद बारे लोग भारत के लोगो को वित्तायी रूप से छति पहुंचाना चाहते हैं, और हमारा दुर्भाग्य है कि हमारी सरकार, राज नेता सोयें हैं । हम क्या करे ? आज जो हो रहा है वोह पहले से दिख रहा था लेकिन व्यवहारिक ज्ञान की कमी के कारन हम समझ नही पाये ? और क्या भारत के बहुत इमानदार समझें जाने वाले नेता क्या अपनी ही जनता को लुटते नही रहे ? और यह दुनिया के नेताओं वा बाबुओं के साथ भी सच नही है? निम्न को संचें व विचार करें :
१- जब अगस्त २००७ में एउरोप और अम्रीका ने अपने खजाने खोल दिए थे, तब हमारा बी एस सी बढ़ रहा था, और १४०००-१५००० से बढ़कर २१०००-२२००० हो गया था, तब हमारी सरकार क्या सो रही थी ?
२- जब आम नागरिक ने पेप्सी और कोक का विरोध किया, तब सरकार ने कहा कि अगर हम उनको रोकेंगे तो विदेशी निवेश को ग़लत संकेत देंगे और रोकने से पीछे हट गयी । क्या तब भी सरकार जगी जब उनमे से एक ने भारतीये कंपनियों को बाज़ार से बहार करने के लिए उनकी बोतले तोध्ना चल्लो कर दिया? और क्या तब भी सरकार सो रही थी जब एक दूसरी कंपनी ने कुछ बहर्तिया कम्पनियों को 'ब्लाक्क्मैल" कर के खरीद लिया ?

३- क्या यह सत्य नही है कि हम एटॉमिक डील पुर अपनी पीठ ठोकना चाहते हैं, और हमारे पास इतनी साधन भी नही हैं कि एक शहरी बच्चे को इम्तहान कि तयारी के लिए मोमबत्ती का सहारा नही लेना परता? एक नौकरी पेशा आदमी को बैंक से पैसा निकालने के लिए में अब्सेंट या हलफ डे नही झेलना परता , क्योंकि , बैंक का सर्वर डाउन होता है या बिजली नही होती ? क्या बिजली कि कमी होते हुवे वह ऐ टी एम् का प्रयोग कर सकता है ? यह तो हुई शहर कि बात, गाओं का क्या हाल है ?

४- हम, विदेशी से इतना प्रभावित हैं कि हम स्वदेश , उसके नियम, उसके संस्कारों नही भूल गए ?

५- मुझे बहुत कुछ कहना है, लेकिन समय मिलने पर, लेकिन मैं आपके भी विचारू को आमंत्रित करता हूँ, ताकि सार्थक मंथन हो सके और कोई हल निकल सके !!!!!

१. आज हम कहते हैं की ग्लोबल वार्मिंग है, और दूसीरी तरफ़ हम विज्ञापन पर जोर देते हैं । जिससे उपभोक्तावाद को भरवा मिलता है , और उससे वायुमंडल प्रभावित होता है । तो क्या कारों, और अन्य मशीनों पर प्रतिभंद नही लगना चाहिए ? और उनके विज्ञापन पर रोक नही लगनी चाहिये ?

२। क्या भारत में जनता के पैसे ( कर ) का सही उपयोग हो रहा है, नेताओं और बाबुओं ने तो अपनी आय तो बढ़ा ली ( इसमे उनकी ऊपुर की आय शामिल नही है ) और क्या ये सत्य नही नही है की आज भी यहाँ लगभग आधे लोग गरीब हैं, और ज्यादातर गाओं वाले नही है ?

३। क्या भात्रत के लिए उदोगपति किसान से ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण है, जब लगभग ७०% लोग वही रहते है ?

४। भारत के प्रथम राष्ट्रपति ने हमें स्वालंबी होने की सलाह नही दी थी ? क्या, उसके बाद किसी भी ने इस पर गौर किया ?

५। क्या यह आश्चर्य जनक नही है की हमारे यहाँ उतने कानून हैं। जितने ज्यादा अनपढ़ हैं ?

६ क्या ऐसे कानून , जो आम आदमी समझ ना पाये या जिनको वास्तव में लागू ना किया जा सके रहना चाहिये ?

७। क्या कानूनों को बदलने की जरूरत नही है ? , जब देश का एक प्रधान मंत्री पर कई आरोप लगते है, और वो न्यायालय द्वारा बरी कर दिया जाता है, बिना circumstantial एविडेंस पर जोर दिये ?

८। क्या यह हमारी इन्वेस्टिंग अजएंसेस व न्यायालों को भी धक् के दायरे में नही लाता ?

९। क्या हम ऐसा सपना नही देख रहे, बिना साधन के हम चाँद पर जाना चाहते हैं ?

KEEP AWAY FROM INDIAN STOCK MARKETS FOR INDIANS ARE BEING DUPED

On the basis of my little experience and seeing the movement of front liners, and also of the hunch, that "FEW ECONIMICALLY BIG, whoever they are, regardless of ethical and MORAL considerations, are duping the Indian public or people elsewhere,. It is my earnest desire, that despite the political compulsions, We INDIANS, should not be DUPED by such FEW trying to Control the people in INDIA or elsewhere, creating the Illusion of MAYA, remain BALANCED and not be swayed by the MIRAGE (MRIG TRISHNA). Till the Time, the price of PETROL, where the investment, of those BIG has grown 100 Times in a span of year or so, maniupulating, the prices, in speculative market, and I FIRMLY BELIEVE “That PRICE, not backed by delivery, is not a price and is ILLUSION, nothing LESS Nothing More !!.” Those In India, Propogating, that Futures Market in Commodities or Stocks, do not affect prices, In INDIA OR Elsewhere, are disillusioned LOT, believing in the Simplified Version OF CAPITALISM, like those Who believe in the Simplified version of Communism. “

HENCE, I PRAY TO ALL INDIANS, NOT HAVING THE RETAINING CAPACITY COMPARABLE TO THE BIG FEW SHOULD KEEP AWAY FROM THE SPECULATION IN STOCKS OR COMMODITIES“ . This view of mine is backed by various indian concepts relating to gambling and also by the saying of PRUDENT AMERICAN, viz. Mark Twain,

Defacto Indian Economy & Media

1. It is not clear, why the whole of Media, is talking about REFORMS in the Indian Economy, including, your TV-18 channels, without considering that India is an agrigarian econmy?
2. That, whenever I switch on the T.V., all channels are talking of Reforms, and only the representatives from business, are out there, there is no representaion from the Aggrigarian Community, Why ?
3. That the progress in the Indian Economy is harped and limited to few pockets comprising mainly to the Metropoliton Towns ? Does it represent the suffering and status or even the view of majority of people, living out there in SLUMS of those towns ?
4. That, in 1990 or may be in 1985 or little later, a Small Scale Industry was one, that had plant and Machinery, not exceeding Rs. Five lacs, and suddenly it was changed to Rs. 25 Lacs and later to 5 Crores, Why ?
5. That, by necessary Implication, the planners and those at the helm were aware that, we would be IMPORTING INFLATION, and they safeguarded themselves, by increasing their remuneration, disregarding the hardships of a common man, and are they not bent upon the same ?
6. That, It is not clear, that before 1990, we did not have a beautiful WOMAN, to be crowned as MISS WORLD OR UNIVERSE, Whatever it may be, but suddenly, Indian Women Got that, Why and for what reasons, was it not for propagating the useless and undesirable Cosmetics ?
7. That the government allowed soft drinks maker to enter India, under the guise, that if we prohibit them, wrong signals would be sent to Foreign Investors, but why did not the Government take any action against one of the Foreign Soft Drink Major, who was breaking the bottles of Indian Soft Drink Manufacturers, so that they were out of market for a considerable period of time ? Further, another Soft Drink Major was Blackmailing their INDIAN Competitors in selling out their Businesses, a little apparently ethical way, but the Govt. was sleeping ?
8. That, last but not the least, I will make it clear, that I am neither a Communist or a Capitalist, having read KARL MARX and AYN RAND, both.

बीएसएनएल के शेयर क्यों बेचे जा रहे है ?

बीएसएनएल के शेयर क्यों बेचे जा रहे है ? इसका फ़ैसला कब हुआ । मुझे इन्टरनेट इस्तेमाल करने में ०७.०८.२००८ से दिक्कत आ रही है। इससे पहले दिक्कत बीएसएनएल पर नही आई थी । लेकिन रिलायंस के कनेक्शन पर कनेक्शन लेते ही आयी थी । उन्होंने क्या मुझे बेवाकूफ बनाने की कोशिश नही की ? क्या बीएसएनएल भी उसी परिपाटी पर चल रहा है ? बातें मेरी समझ के बहार हैं ?

CRUDE

कल क्रूड के दाम ११७ -११८ डालर छू गए, तो कया भारतीये शेयर बाज़ार तेज़ होंगे , यह प्रश्न है । देश के हालात ठीक नही लगते । कल वीदेशी संस्थागत निवेशिको ने १८०० करोर की खरीद की और भारतीय संथागत निवेशिकों ने ८०० करोड़ की बिक्री की, बाज़ार लगभग आज और कल फ्लैट बंद हुआन। ऐसा क्यों ? मुझे लगता है की भारत जैसे कोई मजबूरी में अपना घर बेचता है वैसे ही सरकार भारत की सरकारी कंपनियों को बेचने का प्रयास कर रहा हैं । मेरी समझ में नही आता की पिछले पाँच सालों में बाहर से इतना पैसा आया और सरकार ने मूलभूत सुविधायें को बनाने में उसे इस्तेमाल नही कियां और उस पैसे पर लगभग ३% ब्याज कमानें में क्यों लगा दिया । बहुत से प्रशन हैं ? कया आप कुछ प्रकाश दाल सकते है?

आज बाज़ार ने कल की बढ़त को ख़तम कर दिया !!!! कल क्या होगा, कहना असंभव नही तो भी आसान नही | तेल के दाम बढ़ रहे हैं , कच्चा तेल १४५ डालर से ऊपर पहुँच गया, देश की राजनीति भ स्थिर नही है, महंगाई भी कल ११.९ से १२.२ के बीच रहने की उम्मीद है, इस सबको देखते हुए तो बाज़ार कमज़ोर ही रहना चाहिए | हाँ BOUNCE बैक
शोर्ट कवरिंग की वज़ह से आ सकता है और उस समय सभी को शेयर बाज़ार से निकलने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए क्योंकि जबतक स्तिरता नही आती है तब तक दूर रहना ही बेहतर है|

आज बाज़ार बढना था, पर इतना नही फ़िर आज बाज़ार इतना क्यों बढ़ा !!!!!!!!!!! जब के विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशिको ने ६२८ करोड़ का माल जड़ में बेचा और शुद्ध भारतीय संस्थागत निवेशिकों ने ४२१ करोड़ ने जड़ में शेयर ख़रीदे | भारतीय बाज़ारों को कौन कठपुतली बनाएं हैं ? इसके पीछे कौन है ? क्यों ?????????????

Today Indian stock market fell by another 600 points on the Sensex. The signs were visible in august 2007, when American and European governments bailed out their banks. What was the reason that Sensex at about 14,000 or so then, reached 21,000 in January 2008. What were the regulators at SEBI and the government was doing?
